Soul Stealer

One of the world's most visited site is 9GAG.com. This website was launched in 2008 but I have known this site just late last year.

9GAG is a comedy website that is known for recurring use of internet memes. I have learned about 9GAG when a friend of mine use to share posts and images from this website. One of the posts that really caught my attention was the post about two friends where the guy is inlove with the girl but the girl sees the guy as a friend only. This puts the guy in the 'Friendzone' (9Gagers are so familiar with this one).

Posts in 9GAG are poorly designed which is an intentional part of the humor. The posts are funny, often green jokes, others images are cartoon version of some personalities (Jackie Chan, Chuck Noris, Pres. Obama, etc). Any registered user of the site can upload posts/images and can like or dislike a post. Comments can also be added on a post.

Then what's the line 'soul stealer'?
9GAG seems to be known as a soul stealer Which I can testify. Once I started reading 9GAG, it became a part of my routine that I have to checked it every break at work or just before I sleep. It seems that my day is not complete without logging in the site. In fact, I spend a lot more time in 9GAG than in social networking sites like Facebook. It's a stress reliever and not just it brings fun but also teaches us lessons in a humurous way..
